For products shipped by mail, customers should promptly retrieve and properly store their order upon delivery.

7. SHIPPING POLICY

Select Zoe Sweet Tooth products may be available for nationwide shipping.

Products selected for shipping will be packaged using reasonable methods intended to protect the product during transportation. However, Zoe Sweet Tooth cannot guarantee that products will arrive in exactly the same condition in which they left our bakery.

Shipping delays, extreme weather, carrier handling, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the appearance or condition of a product.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Zoe Sweet Tooth is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. DELIVERY POLICY

For local delivery orders, the customer must provide an accurate delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when required.

Once an order has been delivered to the provided location and accepted by the customer or authorized recipient, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Zoe Sweet Tooth is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, temperature exposure, or storage.

9. PICKUP POLICY

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the agreed pickup window.

Please inspect your order before leaving the pickup location and notify Zoe Sweet Tooth immediately if there is an obvious issue with the order.

Once a customer accepts and leaves with the order, Zoe Sweet Tooth is not responsible for damage caused by transportation or improper handling.

Customers should transport cakes and other delicate desserts on a flat, stable surface in an appropriately cooled vehicle.

10. CUSTOM CAKES & DECORATED PRODUCTS

Custom cakes and decorated desserts are handmade products.

Because of the handmade nature of our products:

  • Decorations may vary slightly from reference photographs.
